Insurance Plans We Accept
Insurance plans we accept are listed below. Dr. Ashley Sikand is a physician and partner with Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants of Nevada. Nevada Sinus Relief was founded by Dr. Sikand as his "brand" to highlight his expertise in the field of sinus and nasal disorders. Therefore, insurance provider directories will have the name of the practice listed. ALL HMO referrals should be addressed in the name of ENT Consultants of Nevada.
If your insurance plan requires an authorization or referral from your primary care physician, you must have this before scheduling an appointment.
Insurance plans that we don't accept are:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Pathway Plans
- Self Pay (uninsured)
- Liens or Workman's Compensation
- Medicaid- we are not contracted with any Medicaid plans
- Prominence Health HMO
- Certain Select Health plans (call us to verify your plan)
The following plans are accepted:
- AARP Medicare Supplements, PPO and HMO plans
- Aetna – all plans including PPO , POS, HMO and Medicare.
- Alignment Health
- Allied Benefit Systems (uses Aetna network)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) – includes Anthem PPO, Caremore, BCBS Federal and Medicare plans
- ChampVA
- Cigna
- Culinary
- EBMS
- Electrical Workers Health and Welfare (Anthem BCBS)
- GEHA
- Humana-PPO and HMO
- Intermountain Health plans
- Medicare (including Railroad)
- Meritain Health
- MGM PPO and Direct Health Plan (UMR) (Direct Health needs a referral)
- Optum Care (except UHC Dual Complete)

- Select Health (most plans)

- Tricare– includes Prime (a referral from your PCM is required), Standard, Select and Tricare For Life
