I recently had the Stynoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Ashley Sikand and followed up visit with PA Kate! I'm currently in recovery and I can say that my breathing is so much better after living with a deviated septum for many years! The health care staff was professional from start to finish. I have had a few appointments and a surgery here with Dr. Sikand and all of my experiences have been great. This is one of the only doctors' offices I've ever been to where I was taken back at or before my appointment time every time I've been there. The office staff are always polite and efficient, the nurses have been very kind (especially while I was coming out of anesthesia), and the doctor himself was very straightforward about his recommendations and gave me clear answers to every question I could think of.

Dr.Ashley Sikand, Kate and all there wonderful nurses and staff are amazing. I have taken my son to almost every ENT and allergist in town for the past 5 years and was told he will grow out of it or to young to do anything. Dr. Sikand came right in and said let's get you scanned and said he needs surgery and had my son finally breathing and feeling great for the first time in 5years. They have changed my family's lives and we will adore them forever.

Dr. Sikand and his PA Kate are awesome doctors that really care about their patients. The staff is great too. Their office is very clean and orderly, they have onsight equipment to carry you through to a professional diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone that needs help with their eyes, ears and nose. Great Job Dr Sikand an thank you.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Sikand, PA Kate, and the entire team at Nevada Sinus Relief. The medical care is top-notch, but I want to highlight how excellent this practice is for military veterans using the VA Community Care network. Navigating VA referrals and outside authorizations can sometimes be frustrating, but the front office staff here understands the system. They take care of vets and ensure the administrative side doesn't get in the way of your treatment. Highly recommended for any local veterans needing sinus care.

ENTC Of Nevada is a very good healthcare facility. Dr A Sikank performed very successful surgery on my nose and made the experience easy to get thru. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m breathing so much better!

This is the second sinus surgery I have had Dr. Sikand perform. The first, was to correct my deviated septum and widen the sinus cavities to prevent reoccurring sinus infections. This was successful in alleviating my sinus infections from happening so often. Almost 9 years later, I started to struggle with reoccurring sinus infections and went to see Dr. Sikand. His PA Kathrina was extremely helpful and recommended balloon dilation surgery if the sinus infections kept persisting. The BDS was done in office and took about 30 minutes total with the anesthesia. I had very minimal downtime or pain, mostly just a bloody nose the first day post surgery. I was able to resume normal activity after two days. I just had my 4 week follow-up and everything has healed nicely & no infections or allergies especially with all this wind we’ve had lately. I cannot recommend this office and surgery enough to anyone that suffers from constant sinus infections.
